Pre-requisites for Enrollment
The following pre-requisites for enrollment ordinarily apply to all applicants. On commencement of the New York Bar Review Quality Program you must:
- be a law student, or
- a graduate in law, or
- admitted legal practitioner in a common law jurisdiction.
New York Bar Review will not generally accept you into the New York Bar Review Quality Program if you have more than one year of course work to undertake by way of examination, assignment, submission of research paper or otherwise, in order to complete your LLB or equivalent Law Degree in a common law jurisdiction.
Enrollment application forms will be accepted in advance of results or evidence of your law degree. You must undertake in writing to provide this evidence as soon as it becomes available. For further information please contact the Enrollment Office:
